| Merrill Auto Electric was opened in 1994, as an addition of the Merrill Axle and Wheel Repair Shop that was opened in 1928. It was our answer to the huge technology revolution that was happening in the Auto Manufacturing Industry. The auto electrical systems of the 1960's, 1970's, and 1980's were becoming outdated, with added computer modules, and other computerized elements in the building of the vehicles of today. Merrill Auto Electric has fully trained and certified ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) technicians, as well as state of the art computer diagnostic technology.
